Primarily, we sell a turn key business as a license to third parties who use our portable, touchscreen event kiosks, software and other services to earn a supplementary income. We have been in operation for over three years and with licensees in major markets throughout the world, we have helped hundreds of event hosts create more enjoyable and sustainable event experiences.
THE ROLE: Communications Manager
As a Communications Manager you will work cross-functionally to help communicate with journalists and other thought leaders; devise specific communications materials and campaigns based on understanding of journalists' interests; and develop print and web-based material supporting these campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Take responsibility for communications activities of a fast-growing company.
• Represent PictureThis as a company spokesperson for a wide variety of media and blogger inquiries
• Develop close, productive relationships with journalists, bloggers, and product reviewers in the event services industry
• Develop written materials, including story pitches, messaging guidelines, press releases
QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to set stretching goals and measure progress in a quantitative manner.
• Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion
• Ability to work with colleagues in different countries and appreciate cultural differences
