Ken Garff Automotive Group is seeking an entry-level marketing assistant. This is an entry level, position requiring at least 24 hours per week.
Job duties include:
· Responsible for clerical office duties, assisting co-workers, answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting clients and other duties as assigned.
· Occasional assistance will be required to help with off-site events during and after normal business hours including some Saturdays.
· Assists with the content for internal and external marketing & communication pieces, including writing, print & art material proofing, company website, partner contracts, business proposals and other tasks as assigned.
· Assists in planning and organizing company and community events.
Qualifications
· High school graduate or equivalent required
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications or other related fields preferred
· Strong writing, editing and graphic design skills required
· Must be organized and detail oriented
· Personable, professional, self-motivated individual with strong oral and written communication skills
· Strong customer service skills
· Flexible schedule
