StoryCorps is a nonprofit organization, which provides an opportunity for people to share, record, and preserve the stories of their lives. The great thing about StoryCorps is it records a conversation between a friend, loved one and or family member. Unfortunately, StoryCorps can only conduct 12-14 interviews during the Senior Expo.
In order to select the most compelling stories, while giving every attendee a chance to tell their story, we will be conducting and recording 10-15 minute interviews in six (6)-privacy booths in the main hall.
I will need interns to sit with each group and help facilitate and record the conversation. Volunteers will need to commit to two (2) hour shifts or longer. Hours of the Senior Expo are:
Thursday, September 29 8 am - 7 pm
Friday, September 30 8 am - 3 pm
I am also looking for interns to help with the recording equipment too.

All interns are expected to maintain a high-quality work ethic as they would with any other employer.
