Duties: Assist with development and integration of social media strategy; help create copy for website; assist with publishing email blasts, draft newsletter, press release, and article content; and draft content and manage postings for blogs.
Skills: Studying business, advertising, marketing, web development, communication, or English; eager to learn and gain experience; excels at research, writing, and ability to crank editorial and technical writing without brooding; Microsoft Office proficiency; dedicated to blogging and facebook; discretion to identify threats and opportunities in user generated content; understands social media content including Youtube, Stumble Upon, Delicious, Digg, Reddit, Flickr, forums, Twitter, wikis, blogs, etc.; ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment; eager to meet and exceed objectives, organizational skills and ability to manage projects simultaneously; ability to communicate results to management in a fat paced environment.
