Organization: Creative services/ Sundance Film Festival
Hours: M-F 20 hrs. per week
Duties: Will be involved in the implementation and tracking of the Sundance Film Festival marketing plan. Through this involvement, intern will gain experience and insight into all aspects of a fully integrated marketing campaign.
Marketing Outreach and Advertising Materials:
- Assist in the distribution of Festival publications
- Receive and traffic material for Festival Catalog ads, track related invoices
- Maintain marketing mail and e-mail distribution lists
- Update marketing binders with tear sheets and marketing pieces
- Gather data on print, radio, and online marketing activities
Online:
- Update community calendar listings
- Track e-blasts and populate event e-vites
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree or working towards a degree in marketing or related field.
- Editing and writing experience preferred
- Experience working with informational databases preferred
Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Self motivated, very organized, and pays close attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
