Graphic Design and Brand Intern

Title: Graphic Design and Brand Intern
Organization: The National MS Society Utah-Southern Idaho Chapter
Hours:10-20 hours per week, flexible. Prefer intern commit to no less than a three to four hour block of time on multiple days during the week throughout a semester/ three to four month time frame.
Duties: Interact with different departments and help staff plan and design projects including coordinating materials and components, design and create various print items and digital elements including web and E-news graphics, research advertising and print needs, coordinate and organize images, logos and photographs, assist in preparing materials for production including e-news, web and print materials, and be a "Society Brand Champion" by helping staff with organization's brand and image standards.
Skills: Proficient with Adobe CS3-Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat and InDesign, knowledge of design and layout principles, detail oriented and works to deadline, interested in learning about the nonprofit industry.
