Prefer candidates with some communications background, and some experience in online marketing and comfortable in web-based applications (Wordpress, Constant Contact, Facebook, etc.). Would like someone detail-oriented and able to analyze systems and figure out how to make them work better, but who is also interested in the bigger goals of both the department and the organization. Candidate should show strong interest in art, or in the general workings of a non-profit. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
