Ronald McDonald House Charities - Simmons Media Campaign

Hours: May 13 - June 17 (Mother's Day to Father's Day)

Simmons Media and Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) will be having a media campaign designed to:

(1) raise public awareness about RMHC's mission and expansion plans, and
(2) generate new charitable support for RMHC.

Other partners include: IMCA, KUTV2, ThomasARTS, Zions Bank, OC Tanner


Campaign details from RMHC:

We will run a series of taped radio spots, live interviews, remotes, and billboards during the campaign. Simmons will dedicate airtime on their stations, space on bill boards and give away a free trip through Morris/Murdock Travel to support the campaign. Simmons will also work with their advertisers to partner with their airtime.

ThomasARTS will produce a campaign theme, symbol, radio and billboard spots for us (probono).

OC Tanner will design/produce pins to be aligned with the campaign theme - to be sold in conjunction with the campaign and Mother’s Day/Father’s Day (possibly at Zions Bank?).

Local McDonald’s owners (in participating locations) and Moroch may run the campaign in their stores (campaign yet to be determined).

Partner with Simmons Media Group to create a media schedule including -
o PSAs and interviews
o Remote broadcasts – Driving people to distribution locations
o Radioathon (maybe one or two days?)
