Duties:
Mangia Technologies, a leading provider of Sports and Entertainment technologies seeks qualified candidates for the position of Sales Intern for the 2010 Spring and Summer semesters. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist in the furtherance of Mangia’s four key sales channels. This is an unpaid internship.
• Assist the sales department with pipeline management
• Research new service opportunities
• Assist in client communications
• Preparation of sales collateral and materials
• Update customer database
• General office and event/game day duties
Skills:
• Undergraduate or graduate student attending an accredited university, preferably with an emphasis in Sports or Recreation Management or another related field
• Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills
• A strong work ethic, positive attitude, customer service skills, and self-motivation
• The ability to multi-task efficiently, very detailed oriented, and a great organizational skills.
• General office skills are necessary (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, filing, copying, etc).
• Ability to work well with change and unexpectedness
• Willingness to work some weeknights and weekends
• Must be a team player
